This is the Privacy Policy of Incolabs Pty Limited ABN 14 000 306 785 of 6/106 Pittwater Road, Brookvale NSW 2100 ("Incolabs") in respect of the Imedeen range of products and services. It relates to the website, www.imedeen.com.au ("Imedeen Australia Site" or "this Site"). Incolabs is a distributor of Ferrosan Pte Limited ("Ferrosan") in respect of the Imedeen range of products and services.

When you provide us with information through this Site, we respect your privacy. It is important for you to understand what information we collect about you during your visit and what we do with that information. Your visit to this Site is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions. If you visit one of our other regional websites, e.g., imedeen.us, you are subject to the privacy policy applicable for that website and we suggest that you consult such privacy policy. 1. Information Collection

We do not collect personal information about you, except when you provide it to us directly or through a third party. For example, if you decide to complete a user registration form, complete an online survey or make a purchase, you may be asked to provide certain information such as your contact information (name, email address, mailing address and telephone number) or date of birth. If you decide to place an order, we will also need to know your delivery and billing address, credit card number and expiry date.

Sensitive information is not generally sought through this Site. Sensitive information includes data relating to: race or ethnic origin; political opinions; membership of a political association; religious beliefs or affiliations; physical or mental health. 3. Use of Personally Identifiable Information by Group Companies

We may share your personal information with our affiliates and other divisions of our company that distribute and market Imedeen products (the "Group Companies"). One such Group Company that we will share your personal information with is Ferrosan. As a distributor of the Imedeen range, we are required to provide personal information we collect from you to Ferrosan. By providing us with personal information through this Site, you consent to our disclosure of your personal information to Ferrosan. See also Section 6.

4. No Disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information for Third Party Marketing Without Your Consent

We will not provide your personal information to third parties for their use in marketing their products or services to you without your consent.

a. Fraud Protection and Compliance with Law
We may disclose any information, including personal information, in order to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.
